Just a note of thanks for introducing me to MSM! It's working in all the ways you said it would. My allergies have disappeared almost completely. My knees don't bother me anymore. I still have energy at the end of the day. I seldom have headaches where before they were nearly an everyday occurrence. I have been a longtime sufferer of exercise-induced asthma. Not anymore. I'm sure there's more I haven't thought of but, as you know, you don't notice something until it hurts.

I have been taking MSM for three months. I began taking ten capsules every day. I would take five in the morning and five at night. I have always had really bad allergies (hay fever). My allergies usually begin in the first part of April. Well, here it is the 18 of May and I have no allergies at all. Needless to say I am totally impressed with this product. My daughter has allergies also and is allergic to cats. I have five cats!! She came to live with me for the summer and was miserable with allergies. She took the MSM for three days and the allergies disappeared. She is a believer also. MSM really works on allergies and hay fever.
